Hi guys!

Sadly the publisher we were rooting for didn’t win the Scotiabank Giller Prize but it’s OKAY because we love Coach House Books and are so happy for them and their win for Fifteen Dogs by Andre Alexis!
The Ampersanders had a great night regardless! We stuffed ourselves silly with tacos and cocktails before we arrived at the bash and then schmoozed around until the award was announced. Much to our disappointment there was no oyster bar this year, but in a dramatic turn of events they had three tables of pizzas stacked high for people on their way out – thus totally winning our hearts back. Plus, we walked out with awesome swag bags! Two for one movie tickets at Rainbow Cinema? Yes please!
