Last Sunday while on a dog walk with a friend at Government House in the

heart of  Victoria we bumped into Little Lamb – really that’s his name!  Our

current Lieutenant Governor, Judith Guichon hails from the Nicola Valley

where her family has had a ranch since 1878.  When Little Lamb was rejected

by his mother , Her Honour moved him to Victoria where he roams the

grounds – under supervision by several volunteers.  Sometimes he is on a leash,

but Sunday he was definitely on the lamb!  At  night he bunks down in the

hen house – much loved by the chickens.
